Staff accounts are created through the protected Hotshots Flyer API. Your Supabase administrator key is never exposed in Squarespace.

Create a login for a Hotshots coach or Flyer Hub administrator.

Coaches can work with athletes, review submissions and use coaching tools. They do not receive administrator-only methodology controls.

Coaches can access athlete development tools, submissions and coach-review workflows where permitted. They cannot create staff accounts or use administrator-only methodology controls.

Full Flyer Hub Administration

Administrators have elevated access to account creation, methodology tools, AI drill approval and other administrator-only controls.

Athlete Accounts

Creating a staff member here does not create an athlete profile, homework record or flyer development profile. Staff and athlete accounts remain separate.

The staff member signs into the Flyer Hub using the email address and temporary password created here.
