Does submitting the form secure the date?

No. We will check the Hotshots training timetable and suitability of the booking before confirming availability, price and payment arrangements.

Can external cheerleading and dance teams hire the venue?

Yes. We welcome suitable external clubs, coaches, choreographers, dance schools and sports organisations for one-off or regular bookings.

What is included with space-only party hire?

Space-only hire provides the agreed party space plus available tables and chairs. Hotshots coaching, organised activities and unrestricted use of training equipment are not included. The hirer is responsible for entertainment, supervision, food, set-up and leaving the venue tidy.

What is the difference between a coached party and space-only hire?

A coached party is a complete two-hour Hotshots experience led by two coaches. Space-only hire gives you the venue for £60 for one hour or £100 for two hours, but you organise and supervise the celebration yourself.

How many children are included in a coached party?

The £195 coached-party price includes up to 15 children. Additional children cost £10 each, with a maximum of 20 children in total.

Can equipment be used during professional hire?

Equipment use must be agreed in advance and depends on the proposed activity, qualifications, insurance and risk management. Tell us exactly what you require in the enquiry form.
