Every booking must be appropriate for the venue. Requirements will depend on the activity, participants and whether Hotshots is delivering the session or simply providing the space.
For external and space-only bookings, the hirer remains responsible for the activity they organise, including appropriate supervision. Hiring the venue does not automatically mean that Notts Hotshots is supervising or delivering the activity.

How much does it cost to hire the Notts Hotshots venue?
Professional and team venue hire starts at £60 per hour. Space-only party hire is £60 for one hour or £100 for two hours. Coached Hotshots parties are £195 for up to 15 children, with additional children charged at £10 each up to a maximum of 20.
Does submitting the form secure the date?
No. We will check the Hotshots training timetable and suitability of the booking before confirming availability, price and payment arrangements.
Can external cheerleading and dance teams hire the venue?
Yes. We welcome suitable external cheer clubs, dance schools, coaches, choreographers and sports organisations for one-off or recurring bookings.
Can we hire the venue for choreography?
Yes. The facility can be enquired about for choreography, routine cleaning, competition preparation, workshops and additional team training.
What is included with space-only party hire?
Space-only hire provides the agreed party space plus available tables and chairs. Hotshots coaching, organised activities and unrestricted use of training equipment are not included. The hirer is responsible for entertainment, supervision, food, set-up and leaving the venue tidy.
What is the difference between a coached party and space-only hire?
A coached party is a two-hour Hotshots experience delivered by Hotshots coaches. Space-only hire gives you the agreed venue space for £60 for one hour or £100 for two hours, while you organise and supervise the celebration yourself.
How many children are included in a coached party?
The £195 coached-party price includes up to 15 children. Additional children cost £10 each, with a maximum of 20 children in total.
Can training equipment be used during professional hire?
Equipment use must be agreed in advance and depends on the proposed activity, qualifications, insurance and risk management. Tell us exactly what you require in the enquiry form.
Who is responsible for children during space-only or external hire?
Unless Hotshots has specifically been booked to deliver and supervise an activity, the external hirer or party organiser is responsible for appropriate participant supervision and the activity they organise.
