Becky Jones, Reception and Academy Support at Notts Hotshots

Reception & Academy Support

Meet Becky ↓

Becky Jones

Reception & Academy Support

What would Hotshots do without Becky Jones?

Becky is one of the familiar faces at the heart of the academy, keeping reception welcoming, the building organised and our families pointed in the right direction. Whether she's helping parents, sorting kit, keeping the floors clean or handling one of the endless questions that reaches reception, Becky somehow keeps everything moving.

Her combination of warmth, organisation and straight-talking common sense has made her an essential part of daily life at Hotshots.

In fact, Becky spends so much time at the unit that we're still not entirely convinced she doesn't secretly sleep there.

The Hotshots Approach

What Our Coaches Have In Common

Different personalities, different disciplines and different experience — but one shared approach to developing Hotshots athletes.

01

Progress With Purpose

We want athletes to understand what they are working towards, celebrate improvement and build skills through structured, appropriate progression.

02

Confidence That Lasts

Cheer and dance should develop more than routines. We want athletes to leave Hotshots more confident in themselves, their abilities and what they are capable of achieving.

03

One Hotshots Family

Athletes compete as teams, but they belong to something bigger. We work hard to create an academy where athletes support each other, coaches know their athletes and everyone can feel part of the programme.
