Your Next Skill Starts Here.

Flips Aren't Magic.
They're Skills.

Tumbling is built through technique, repetition, strength and progression. Athletes work from their current ability rather than being expected to arrive already knowing advanced skills.

01 / START Cartwheels

Learn body position, control and confidence going upside down.

02 / POWER Round Offs

Build the technique and power used in connected tumbling.

03 / FLIGHT Handsprings

Develop explosive movement through progressive drills and technique.

04 / PROGRESS Tucks & More

Continue developing towards increasingly advanced tumbling skills.

Some Boys Already Have A Head Start.

Strength, coordination, air awareness and confidence going upside down can transfer brilliantly into tumbling.

But previous experience isn't essential. Complete beginners can start by learning the foundations properly.

Trampoline Obsessed?

Already loves leaving the ground and learning new movements.

Into Gymnastics?

Existing body awareness and floor skills can provide a strong base.

Loves Tricks & Movement?

Tumbling gives that energy a coached progression and somewhere to develop.

Complete Beginner?

Perfectly fine. Everyone has a first cartwheel, round off or handstand.

Tumbling Can Unlock A Whole Sport.

Athletes who discover they love tumbling can keep developing their floor skills or explore All Star cheerleading, where tumbling combines with stunts, jumps, performance and competition.

Starting Tumbling

Does my son need gymnastics experience?

No. Previous gymnastics or trampoline experience can help, but complete beginners can start by learning strong foundations.

Does he have to join a cheer team?

No. Athletes can explore tumbling without immediately joining a competitive cheer team.
