Thank you for letting us know. Your athlete's absence has been sent to Hotshots and added to our attendance log.

Choreography Days are mandatory

Choreography sessions are a mandatory part of team placement. These longer sessions allow coaches to build significant sections of the routine so normal weekly training can focus on development, cleaning and improvements.

Why It Matters

Your team needs you.

When an athlete is absent it affects more than their own training. Routines, formations, stunt groups and choreography rely on athletes working together consistently.

🤝

Team Progress

An absence can delay routine, stunt and choreography progression and may require coaches to adapt what the whole team can achieve during a session.

🛡️

Safe Preparation

Consistent attendance helps athletes practise skills, transitions and routines together, supporting safer and more confident performance preparation.

🔥

Commitment

Attendance develops responsibility, teamwork, time management and respect for the other athletes who rely on each member of the team.

The Hotshots Standard

TEAM
FIRST.

Commitment doesn't mean an athlete can never miss training. Genuine illness, emergencies and important commitments happen. What matters is communication and understanding that every athlete has a responsibility to their teammates.

Arrive Ready

Athletes should arrive prepared and ready for their session.

📲 Communicate Early

Give coaches as much notice as possible when an absence is unavoidable.

🔥 Stay Committed

Consistent attendance supports athlete and team progression.

🤝 Think Team

Remember that one athlete's absence can affect everyone around them.
