Monthly Training Fees
Monthly fees contribute towards your athlete’s regular training throughout the season. Competitive-team fees are charged for each team an athlete trains with.
Competition Team Training
The monthly training fee for each competitive cheer or dance team an athlete is registered with.
Paid by monthly Direct DebitUnder-6 Team Training
The monthly training fee for athletes registered with an eligible Under-6 Hotshots team.
Paid monthlyCheer4Fun
The monthly training fee for athletes attending our recreational Cheer4Fun programme.
Paid monthlyAdditional Season Costs
These costs are separate from monthly training fees and apply according to the athlete’s programme, division and requirements.
What the Start Fee Covers
The start-of-season payment combines several essential Season 13 items and activities into one fee.
Competition Fees
Competition entry fees are separate from monthly training. The exact price depends on the event provider and the competitions attended by each athlete.
This is the usual expected range per athlete, per team, for many UK competition entries.
Some events, including Legacy, may carry a higher entry fee. The confirmed cost will be communicated before payment is collected.
Payment Expectations
With more than 200 competitive athletes, prompt payments and clear communication are essential to keeping orders, registrations and the wider programme running smoothly.
Deadlines allow Hotshots to complete supplier orders and event registrations on time.
If you expect difficulty making a payment, please contact us before the payment becomes overdue.
Clear references help us match each payment to the correct athlete and purpose.
Existing balances may need to be cleared before additional orders or registrations can be processed.
Unpaid fees can affect our ability to order uniforms, enter competitions or maintain an athlete’s placement. Previous balances must be addressed before additional athlete registrations or new orders can be accepted. Please contact us early if support or a payment arrangement needs to be discussed.
