ALLSTAR WORLDS.
Everything our Ascend and Renegade families need for the Allstar World Championship in Orlando, Florida.
This Is It
After the training, competitions, fundraising and hard work, Ascend and Renegade are heading to Orlando to represent Notts Hotshots on the international stage. We want families to enjoy an incredible experience while ensuring our athletes are ready to perform at their best.
The competition can involve progression through different stages. Please avoid making expensive or non-refundable plans during a possible competition window. If your team progresses, we compete.
Day-by-Day Schedule
This is the current planned schedule. Exact meeting, registration, photography and performance times will be added once officially confirmed.
Families are free to make their own plans. Please remain sensible about sun, hydration and rest.
Another family day. Ascend athletes must prepare for an 8:00am training start the following morning.
Ascend: 8:00–11:00am
Renegade: 1:00–3:00pm
We strongly recommend a relaxed day with sensible activity, good hydration, food and plenty of sleep.
Renegade training: 11:00am–12:55pm. Registration, team meeting and team photographs will also take place.
Ascend take to the floor. Exact meeting, warm-up and performance times will follow.
Renegade take to the floor. This may also be an additional Ascend competition day after progression.
Renegade may compete again depending on progression and the confirmed event format.
Keep this date available until final schedules and progression requirements are officially confirmed.
Where We’re Competing
The convention centre is extremely large. Remembering “West Concourse” is important when planning your journey.
Orange County Convention Center West Concourse
9800 International Drive
Orlando, Florida 32819
USA
The journey may take around 20 minutes in light traffic, but Orlando traffic, parking and walking through the venue can make it considerably longer. Leave early.

Free Days & Athlete Preparation Enjoy Orlando while protecting performance ›
When athletes are not required for Hotshots, their time belongs to their family. Theme parks, shopping, restaurants, swimming and exploring are all encouraged.
Before your team has finished competing, please use common sense. Athletes should not arrive at Worlds exhausted, dehydrated or sunburnt.
- Use suitable sunscreen and limit excessive sun exposure.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the trip.
- Eat suitable meals before training and competition.
- Avoid extremely late nights before team commitments.
- Use recovery days for lighter family activities.
Punctuality & Team Call Times Ready with the team means ready at the stated time ›
If a team meeting time is 8:00am, the athlete must be with their team and completely ready at 8:00am.
It does not mean:- Entering the car park at 8:00am.
- Beginning to walk through the venue at 8:00am.
- Still searching for the correct hall at 8:00am.
- Completing hair, make-up or costume at 8:00am.

Worlds can involve progression beyond a team’s first performance. This is why potential additional competition days are included in the itinerary.
