Athletes must remain available throughout their potential competition window. Until the coaching team confirms that a team has completely finished competing, Worlds commitments take priority.
International Essentials
Detailed requirements will be inside each event hub, but every travelling family should prepare these essentials well in advance.
Check passport details carefully and complete the correct travel authorisation for every traveller.
Arrange suitable cover for the full trip, including medical treatment and competitive cheer or dance.
Where practical, competition costumes and essential performance items should travel in hand luggage.
Read team updates carefully, remain contactable and keep the academy’s emergency information current.
