  • Labelled water bottle.
  • Hair products and make-up where required.

  • Phone charger and suitable travel adaptor.
Where practical, costumes and essential performance items should travel in hand luggage. A delayed suitcase must not leave an athlete unable to compete.
🎢 Disneyland & Family Time Enjoy the trip while protecting performance ›

Families should enjoy Disneyland Paris and make brilliant memories. Before competition, please balance park time with athlete preparation.

  • Plan suitable rest before team commitments.
  • Keep athletes hydrated throughout the day.
  • Make time for appropriate meals.
  • Prepare for long periods of walking.
  • Avoid very late nights before competition.
  • Remain available for all confirmed team commitments.
⏰ Punctuality Ready means ready at the stated time ›

A team meeting time is the time the athlete must be completely ready and physically with their team.

  • Allow time to travel across the resort.
  • Confirm the meeting location in advance.
  • Complete hair, make-up and costume before team call where instructed.
  • Contact coaches immediately if an unavoidable problem occurs.
Arriving at the meeting area at the stated time without being ready is late. Please allow more time than you believe you will need.
🤝 Behaviour & Social Media Representing the Hotshots family ›
  • Show respect towards coaches, teammates and families.
  • Respect competitors, judges and event officials.
  • Do not post negative comments about other programmes.
  • Do not share private team information publicly.
