Shoulder Sit
A Prep-level stunt where the top person sits on the shoulder or shoulders of a base. Shoulder Sits are useful for developing trust, body control, base posture and creative pyramid structures while keeping the stunt relatively close to the supporting athlete.
The flyer must maintain their own posture and balance rather than collapsing their full weight onto the base's neck or upper body. Loading and dismounting must be planned before the stunt begins.
