The safety, wellbeing and inclusion of every athlete come first.

Listen calmly, do not promise secrecy, record facts and exact words, and pass concerns to the appropriate safeguarding lead promptly.

If there is an immediate risk of harm, follow the emergency process without waiting for a form response.

Every athlete, regardless of age, background, ability, gender identity or personal circumstances, should feel welcomed, respected, valued and safe.

Safeguarding Report

All coaches must maintain the qualifications, enhanced DBS checks and training required for their role.

Submit renewed documents promptly and tell leadership if anything may affect your eligibility to coach.
