Upload Content
Help us capture the energy, progress, achievements and special moments that make Hotshots what it is — while making sure athlete privacy, permissions and safeguarding always come first.
Before uploading, check the academy’s current photography and media permissions. Content is submitted for internal review, not automatically published.
After a session or event
Select the best content
Choose clear, positive photos and videos showing progress, teamwork, achievements and personality.
Check permissions
Use the latest athlete photography and media information. If unsure, check with leadership before uploading.
Check the background
Exclude confidential information, private conversations, changing areas and athletes who must not appear.
Add useful context
Choose the team, where it was captured, and tell the media team what the content shows.
Upload promptly
Upload suitable content while the session or competition is fresh. Stay on the page until Drive confirms completion.
Send Photos & Videos
Your files are sent to the academy’s existing Google Drive team and event folders. This requires the Google OAuth configuration described in the setup instructions.
Staff photo & video upload
Upload directly to the academy Google Drive. Supports iPhone HEIC photos and MOV/MP4 videos. Leave Safari open until each upload is confirmed.
For iPhone Live Photos: select the video portion separately if you need the motion, or save it as a video from Photos first.
What Happens Next?
Uploading does not mean automatic publication. Content is reviewed and selected when appropriate.
