📖
Start Here

Six Essential Rules

If you only read one part of this page, make it this section. These expectations protect athlete safety, team progress and the smooth running of the programme.

Arrive On Time

Athletes should arrive ready to begin at the stated session time. Entering the building at that time is already late.

🙋
Report Every Absence

If your athlete cannot train, report the absence through the Parent Hub as soon as possible.

🎵
Choreography Is Compulsory

Choreography-day attendance is non-negotiable. Routines cannot be built effectively with athletes missing.

💷
Pay By the Deadline

Fees must be paid on time so uniforms, entries and other athlete requirements can be processed.

🤝
Communicate Respectfully

Coaches, athletes and parents should always be treated with courtesy. Rude or aggressive behaviour is not accepted.

🔥
Put the Team First

Cheer and dance depend on every athlete. Individual decisions can directly affect an entire team.

💛
Family first, team focused.

Hotshots remains a family-first academy. As the programme has grown, clear standards are essential to keeping athletes safe and ensuring more than 200 competitive athletes receive a consistent, organised experience.
