Sending your question through the correct route helps us respond more quickly and keeps private information appropriately protected.
Questions about a session, athlete progress, routine expectations or team preparation should be directed through the appropriate private coaching communication route.
Questions about payments, registrations, uniform orders, competition entries or personal details should be sent through the main contact route.
Safeguarding matters, complaints or serious concerns should be raised privately with the Hotshots leadership team rather than in a parent group.
Contact Hours
These hours help protect staff time while giving families clear expectations about when routine messages will be answered.
Routine messages sent outside these hours may be answered during the next communication period. Please do not send the same question through several different channels, as this can slow down rather than speed up a response.
Sending a Useful Message
Clear information allows us to understand the issue and respond without needing several follow-up messages.
Safeguarding concern?
Do not post safeguarding information in a team group. Use the private safeguarding route so the leadership team can review the concern sensitively and take appropriate action.
Send us your question
If your question is not answered anywhere in the Parent Hub, use the main Hotshots contact form. Include your athlete’s full name and team so we can direct the message correctly.
The Parent Hub and website contact form are not emergency-response services. If someone is in immediate danger or requires urgent medical assistance, call 999.
